Let jobs run without you
Once a job runs well, you can schedule it. The agent does it on the days you pick, even when you are away.
You come back to finished results instead of a to-do list.
Choose a schedule
Match the schedule to when the work shows up.
- Every morning for new tickets and new leads.
- Every Monday for weekly reports.
- Every few hours for an inbox that fills up during the day.
“Every Monday at 8am, send me last week's signups by channel.”
Mark what needs your OK
Say in the job which steps need your OK. The run asks in its own chat and waits for your answer.
Good steps to mark
- Sending an email to a customer.
- Paying, refunding or moving money.
- Deleting anything.
Everything else runs on its own. You answer the few steps that matter.
Read the results
Every run opens its own chat under the agent. Read what it did and what it made there.
Ask for results by email if you don't want to open the app. The agent sends them from its own mailbox.
Keep an eye on credits
Agents use credits only while they work. Waiting uses none.
Your plan sets the limit. If credits run out, work pauses and you lose nothing.
Do this next
With a few jobs on a schedule, you are ready for more than one agent. The last guide shows how they share work.
